We provide fully itemised and cost centre billing for all our telephone products as well as flexible management reporting tools, helping you to understand the breakdown of your costs. We'll review your service package regularly to ensure you still have the best products for your needs, suggesting changes or upgrades if necessary.
A personal service
Unlike most companies, you'll deal with the same Account Manager at MBC who will make regular personal visits to your premises, offering you a consistent and personal level of service that is rarely found in the communications industry.
Our Account Managers will thoroughly evaluate your existing communications infrastructure to establish your exact requirements. He or she will then work with you to select the right suite of products and Complete Freedom Services and will arrange for these to be set up and installed. Once you're up and running, your Account Manager will keep in regular contact and will visit you at least once a year to make sure you're happy with your choice of services.
